Sizzle Dining was founded in Naples by Guy Clarke and started as a one week promotion at around 20 restaurants. A decade later it has grown into a month long event spanning Charlotte, Lee, and Collier counties, with more than 140 participating restaurants. This year's theme, Save, Support, Celebrate, marks the program's 10th anniversary while leaning into the same idea it started with: give diners a reason to save on a great meal during one of the hospitality industry's slowest months, and give local restaurants a reason to keep their kitchens busy through September.
